Build worker (Fly.io)

The cloud build loop runs in a small worker container hosted on Fly.io. Paste your Fly API token below, then start/stop the worker on demand.

First-time setup (do this once)

Step 1 — Make a free Fly.io account

  • Go to fly.io/app/sign-up
  • Sign up with your email or GitHub. No credit card needed.
  • Verify your email if Fly asks you to.

Step 2 — Create an API token

  • Open fly.io/user/personal_access_tokens
  • Click Create access token
  • Name: lovable-sidecar
  • Type: Org Deploy Token (so it can create the app for you)
  • Expiry: leave the default. Click Create.
  • Copy the whole token (it starts with FlyV1 fm2_…) and paste it into the Fly API token box below, then click Save token.

Step 3 — Click "Start worker" below

That's it. No Docker, no terminal, no flyctl. The worker container downloads its code from your published Lovable site at boot time, so every code change you ship through Lovable is picked up automatically the next time you Start the worker.

Note: cold start takes about 30–60 seconds while the worker downloads and installs dependencies. After that it runs continuously until you Stop it.
